Let’s simplify healthy eating, shall we?
This cauliflower rice bowl is quick, affordable and nutritious AF.
Ingredients:
- Grass fed ground beef or lamb
- Cauliflower rice (I get mine frozen at Trader Joe’s)
- 1/4 – 1/2 Avocado
- Coconut Aminos (I got mine at Whole Foods)
Directions:
- Cook the meat over medium heat in a pan.
- Cook the cauliflower rice in a pan until it turns a light brown toasted color (no oil necessary)
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and pour some coconut aminos on top and there you have it folks!
Brownie points if you pre cook your meat and cauliflower rice on meal prep Sunday!
