Do you suffer from anxiety and depression? You’re not alone. The more I open up to my friends about how low I’ve been feeling lately, the more I realize everyone is feeling the same way. It’s been a weird year to say the least.
While I think it’s normal to feel a little bit anxious depending on what life is throwing at you, I don’t think anyone should have to live with debilitating anxiety or depression. I strongly believe there are things you can do (besides poppin’ a pill) to get your body back to homeostasis and support your neurotransmitters. The best part is that most of the things I recommend adding to your diet to support mental health are freaking delicious!
